What is this Proposal About?

I am a freelance PHP developer. I'm based in Singapore. I have been doing PHP development since 1995, which translates to the past 23 years. From the experiences gained, I have formulated a straight-forward, simple way where I will take you, the client, through a smooth journey to project completion, without the usual headaches that you would expect from an IT service provider (yes, I've heard this a lot before).

I have a systematic project execution method. This is done using a comprehensive Specs Doc, which serves as a guide to both you and me, so that we both know what is going on with the project and there is no scope of being lost or misunderstood throughout the whole project.

PHP was one of my first skillset and I have built countless systems with it. I can't wait to build the next great thing, YOUR next great project, with it.
